3. Products and Pricing

  • Products: We sell smart and luxury furniture, including but not limited to center tables, tea tables, and bedside tables with wireless charging.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD ($), CAD ($), or NGN (₦) depending on your selected country/region. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Accuracy: We endeavor to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your monitor's display is accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments must be made through our Secured checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: Delivery timelines and costs will be provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Inspection: Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours regarding any damage or missing items.

6. Returns and Refunds

[IMPORTANT: Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Assembled, modified, or damaged furniture may not be eligible.
  • Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to complete your return.
  • Non‑returnable items:
    • Custom or special‑order furniture
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked “non‑returnable” on the product page

Return process

  1. Contact us at [support email] or via the contact page on our website to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA. For large or heavy furniture, we may help arrange pickup – please contact us before shipping.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Restocking fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned furniture items. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge restocking fees for defective items or errors on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Partial refunds: Items returned with signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging may receive only a partial refund.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing times vary). If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

6.7 Exchanges and Damages
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

7. Warranty and Disclaimers

  • Limited Warranty: We provide a year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on furniture items. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, assembly errors, or damage from shipping after delivery.
  • Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated, our products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CABINSGATE SMART FURNITURE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
